लखनऊ। मुख्यमंत्री पुलिसकर्मियों (पुलिस) को आचरण में बदलाव लाने और जनता से अच्छा व्यवहार करने के लिए कहते हैं। इसके बावजूद कुछ पुलिसकर्मी अपनी हरकतों से बाज नहीं आ रहे हैं। चंद लोगों की वजह से पूरा विभाग बदनाम हो जाता है। शनिवार सुबह एक ऐसा ही मामला सामने आया, जिसमें बीच रास्ते बंद हुई गाड़ी को धक्का लगाने से इंकार पर पुलिसकर्मी ने बच्चे को सरेराह थप्पड़ जड़ दिया। इसका वीडियो इंटरनेट मीडिया पर वायरल हो गया।

मामला उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ के नाका क्षेत्र का है। हुआ यूं कि शनिवार को पुलिस की गाड़ी सड़क पर अचानक से बंद हो गई। स्टार्ट नहीं होने पर मुख्य आरक्षी चालक सोहनलाल गाड़ी से नीचे उतरा और पास में खड़े एक युवक और किशोर को धक्का लगाने के लिए कहा। युवक गाड़ी में धक्का लगाने के लिए चला गया, लेकिन किशोर लौट आया। इससे नाराज सोहनलाल ने गाड़ी से उतरकर किशोर को थप्पड़ जड़ दिया। यह पूरी घटना सीसी कैमरे में कैद हो गई है।
इंटरनेट मीडिया पर थप्पड़ मारने का वीडियो वायरल हो गया है। लोग तरह तरह की चर्चा कर रहे हैं। किशोर के गाल पर सिपाही के उंगलियों के निशान पड़ गए हैं। पीड़ित के घरवालों ने सिपाही के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। व्यापारियों ने भी इस मामले को लेकर नाराजगी जताई है। एडीसीपी पश्चिम चिरंजीव नाथ सिन्हा के मुताबिक इंटरनेट मीडिया पर वायरल पुलिसकर्मी के अमानवीयकृत के मामले का संज्ञान लेकर सिपाही को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही डीसीपी ने प्रारंभिक जांच के आदेश भी दे दिए हैं।
