नई दिल्ली। इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग के 15वें सीजन के 23वें मुकाबले में मुंबई इंडियंस (Mumbai Indians) का सामना पंजाब किंग्स के साथ हुआ। महाराष्ट्र क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन स्टेडियम में हो रहो इस मुकाबले में मुंबई के कप्तान रोहित शर्मा ने टास जीतकर पहले गेंदबाजी चुनी। ओपनर शिखर धवन के धमाकेदार 70 और कप्तान मयंक के तूफानी 52 रन के दम पर टीम ने 20 ओवर में 5 विकेट पर 198 रन का स्कोर खड़ा किया। जवाब में मुंबई (Mumbai Indians) की टीम 186 रन ही बना पाई। यह टीम की टूर्नामेंट में लगातार पांचवीं हार है। अब तक रोहित शर्मा की टीम को पहली जीत का इंतजार है।
मुंबई की लगातार पांचवीं हार
199 रन के बड़े लक्ष्य का पीछा करने उतरी मुंबई को पहला झटका कप्तान रोहित शर्मा के रूप में लगा। 28 रन बनाकर कगिसो रबादा की गेंद पर वैभव अरोड़ा को कैच दे बैठे। इसके ठीक बाद 3 रन के स्कोर पर इशान किशन अभी अपना विकेट गंवा बैठे। दो विकेट गिरने के बाद डेवाल्ड ब्रेविस और तिलक वर्मा ने पारी को संभाला। दोनों ने ताबड़तोड़ रन बरसाते हुए 10 ओवर में स्कोर 100 रन के पार पहुंचा दिया। महज 25 गेंद पर 5 छक्के और 4 चौके जमाते हुए 49 रन तक पहुंचने वाले ब्रेविस को अर्शदीप ने ओडीन स्मिथ के गेंद पर कैच किया।
अच्छी लय में नजर आ रहे तिलक वर्मा 36 रन बनाने के बाद रन आउट होकर वापस लौटने को मजबूर हो गए।अनुभवी कीरोन पोलार्ड मिस फील्डिंग पर रन चुराने के चक्कर में रन आउट होकर वापस लौटे। इसके बाद सूर्यकुमार यादव ने कुछ अच्छे शाट लगाकर टीम को मैच में बनाए रखा। लेकिन 43 रन पर रबादा ने उनको स्मिथ के हाथों कैच करवा पंजाब को बड़ी सफलता दिलाई। इसके बाद नीचले क्रम के बल्लेबाज स्कोर के करीब जाने की कोशिश में लगे रहे लेकिन टीम करीब पहुंचकर भी जीत नहीं पाई।
पंजाब की तरफ से स्मिथ ने चार तो रबादा ने दो बल्लेबाजों को आउट किया।

पंजाब का बड़ा स्कोर, धवन-मयंक की फिफ्टी
शिखर धवन और मयंक अग्रवाल ने पंजाब के पारी की शुरुआत धमाकेदार अंदाज में की और 5 ओवर में 53 रन जोड़ डाले। पावरप्ले का खेल खत्म होने तक दोनों ने कुल 65 रन जोड़ डाले। मयंक ने 21 गेंद पर 38 तो धवन ने 15 गेंद पर 18 रन बनाए। धमाकेदार बल्लेबाजी करते हुए कप्तान मयंक ने महज 30 गेंद पर 6 चौके और 2 छक्के जमाते हुए अपने पचास रन पूरे किए। 32 गेंद ताबड़तोड़ 52 रन की पारी खेलकर मुरुगन अश्विन की गेंद पर सूर्यकुमार की कैच पर वो आउट होकर वापस लौटे।
जानी बेयरस्टो 12 रन बनाकर जयदेव उनादकट के शिकार बने। इसके ठीक बाद टाप फार्म में चल रहे लियाम लिविंग्स्टोन को 2 रन पर जसप्रीत बुमराह ने आउट कर दिया। आखिर में जतिन शर्मा ने 15 गेंद पर 30 रन की पारी खेलकर टीम के स्कोर को 198 रन तक पहुंचाया।

मुंबई की टीम ने प्लेइंग इलेवन में एक बदलाव किया है। रमनदीप की जगह पर टाइमल मिल्स को जगह दी गई है। पंजाब की टीम बिना किसी बदलाव के उतरी है।
